Job Overview:
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the laundry operations, ensuring quality service, and training staff on procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct inventory of uniforms and linens, report defective equipment, train employees on laundry procedures, ensure service requests are handled properly, monitor laundry machines, assist management in hiring and training staff, and maintain safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of related work experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Educational Background:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
At least 1 year of related work experience and supervisory experience.
Languages:
English and French preferred.
