Job Description
Job Overview:
Responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club and, if applicable, Laundry. Directs and works with employees to ensure property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk, supervises cleaning schedules, manages departmental costs, responds to guest complaints, and participates in human resources activities.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in housekeeping or related area, or a 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major with no work experience required.

Educational Background:
High school diploma or GED; or a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.

Experience:
2 years experience in the housekeeping or related professional area, or no work experience required with a 2-year degree.

Languages:
English
