Job Overview: Respond and attend to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, and communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
Duties and Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen equipment, visually inspect tools, maintain maintenance inventory, communicate daily activities, perform repairs on various systems, and adhere to safety policies.
Required Qualifications: Driver’s License
Educational Background: High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
Experience: Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting; experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus.
