Job Overview: We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand’s online presence across multiple digital platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals; Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.); Manage day-to-day social media activities and online community engagement; Design and oversee content calendars for consistent posting; Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity; Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner; Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on growth and engagement; Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content; Run and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns; Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field; Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role; Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends; Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills; Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar platforms; Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics); Strong creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
