Job Overview: The Administrative Officer will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks including document flow, budget management, and coordination of meetings and events.
Duties and Responsibilities: Loading RFQs and PO requests, obtaining quotations, managing travel and accommodation requests, organizing Division Meetings, managing stationery orders, handling petty cash, liaising with suppliers and stakeholders, and supporting social event arrangements.
Required Qualifications: National Diploma in Accounting or related field.
Educational Background: National Diploma in Accounting or related field.
Experience: Five years experience in supply chain processes and ability to manage multiple projects.
Languages: Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Additional Notes: Knowledge of SAGE X3 is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office suite and a Code B/EB driver’s license is required. Preference will be given to designated groups in terms of the ARC Employment Equity Plan.
