Job Description
Job Overview:
You will be responsible for managing and driving the operations of the Academy as though it were your own business.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive Enrollment: Follow up on all leads and inquiries, convert interested prospects into paying students, collaborate with the marketing team to ensure each batch is fully enrolled. Manage Classes & Delivery: Schedule and coordinate all classes, work closely with facilitators to ensure smooth delivery, ensure all sessions start and end on time. Track Student Progress: Monitor student participation and performance throughout the program, identify students who may be falling behind, provide necessary follow-up and support. Manage Alumni Engagement: Maintain relationships with past students, encourage referrals and repeat engagement, promote additional programs and offerings. Team Leadership (OSBA Team): Supervise facilitators and support staff, set clear performance targets, ensure accountability and task completion. Report on: Enrollment numbers, revenue, student progress, operational challenges. Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with marketing and advertising teams, plan and execute campaigns for each cohort, continuously improve enrollment strategies. Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure a high-quality learning experience for all students, continuously improve program delivery. Problem Solving & Execution: Identify issues early, take proactive steps to resolve challenges quickly.

Required Qualifications:
Strong organizational and coordination skills, proficiency in digital tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, CRM systems, etc.), highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership, results-driven mindset, strong people management and leadership skills.

Mid level, 3 years
