Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the manpower outsourcing, recruitment, and staffing sectors. Conduct strategic market mapping and develop growth strategies targeting specific industries (oil and gas, engineering, construction, etc.). Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals, revenue targets and expansion plans. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through research, networking, cold calls, industry events and referrals. Collaborate with senior management to set business targets and design manpower development programs aligned with market demands. Evaluate and recommend partnerships, joint ventures or collaborations that enhance the manpower service offerings. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams for all manpower-related services. Build, maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Schedule and lead client meetings to understand staffing requirements, project timelines and performance expectations. Manage client feedback, address service concerns and ensure continuous improvement in delivery standards. Facilitate client satisfaction surveys and implement corrective actions where necessary. Work closely with the Recruitment, HR and Operations teams to ensure timely sourcing, onboarding and deployment of qualified personnel. Assist manpower mobilization, demobilization and replacement processes according to project schedules. Ensure that all deployed staff meet client specifications in terms of skill, certification and conduct. Oversee timesheet management, attendance reporting and contract renewals for outsourced staff. Track workforce performance metrics, discipline issues and turnover rates; provide reports and recommendations for improvement. Coordinate all pre-deployment documentation, including background checks, compliance forms and client acceptance. Conduct market intelligence to identify trends, competitors and potential clients in manpower services. Support in developing strategies to expand market share and improve brand visibility. Provide feedback and reports on market activities and client needs to inform business strategy. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, expressions of interest (EOIs), capability statements and tender submissions for manpower projects. Collaborate with the proposal team to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements and budgetary expectations. Ensure proper documentation of all business development activities, leads, contracts etc. Maintain an updated database of manpower projects, client records and performance reports.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in manpower supply, recruitment, or outsourcing. Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management. Ability to travel as required.
