Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business and school operations, ensuring efficiency and service excellence in a fast-growing EdTech environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily business operations, develop systems and policies, manage vendors and procurement, prepare financial reports, track budgets, establish KPIs, conduct audits, manage training programs, drive revenue growth, supervise admissions, lead internal teams, oversee customer service standards, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or related field; minimum of 5 years experience in operations or program management; strong leadership and people management skills; excellent organizational and project management abilities; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; tech-savvy.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in operations, program management, or leadership roles; prior experience in EdTech, training, consulting, or professional services is highly preferred.
Languages:
English
