Job Overview:
SPIE Services Nigeria Limited is currently looking for a Contracts & Claims Engineer to join its work force in Nigeria.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build EPNG Project Management System, provide support to define the method & tools related to contract management, claims and disputes management, communicate and raise awareness on methods and tools, control contract management of the portfolio, provide guidance in identifying potential change orders and claims, assist in drafting correspondences and notices to Contractors, analyze and review existing Claims, provide expertise to projects, coach contract engineers, support during CFT or claim negotiation, contribute to Contracts REX/Lessons Learnt consolidation.
Required Qualifications:
Contract and procurement professional preferably in energy sector.
Educational Background:
E-Bachelor or equivalent.
Experience:
Professional Experience: 20 years, Experience within project: 15 years.
Languages:
Engels (C - Vloeiend)
Additional Notes:
Essential personnel management skills (Teamwork, communication, coordination, delegation). Minimum experience: 10 years or more.
