Job Overview:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer within our B2B Web team, you will join a stable yet evolving department that serves a massive global client base of over 80 million users. You will be part of a distributed, highly collaborative team of six, responsible for the end-to-end self-service admin panels that empower our business partners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the development of high-quality features across the frontend (React) and backend (Kotlin), ensuring a seamless experience for our B2B users. Drive the evolution of our architecture by identifying legacy bottlenecks and implementing modern, robust solutions. Oversee critical engineering processes including QA, A/B testing, and DevOps to maintain high system reliability. Mentor team members and share technical expertise to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Required Qualifications:
Extensive experience building complex web applications with React and modern frontend ecosystems. Strong proficiency in backend development, specifically with Kotlin (experience with Express.js and Java is also welcome). Proven experience working with distributed messaging systems, specifically Kafka. Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making. Solid understanding of DevOps processes. Professional fluency in English and a track record of working effectively in distributed, international teams.

While this position is located in Łódź, we are open to candidates based anywhere in Poland who are available to travel to the office as needed to meet business requirements.
