Job Overview: As the Business Development Manager for the Polish market, you will be responsible for driving sales activities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute a go-to market strategy for Poland's BAS market, establish and manage partnerships, identify and build relationships with potential customers, drive sales activities, navigate local regulations, provide technical consultation, and track sales activities.
Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in business development or sales, proven track record in Poland, existing network in relevant customer segments, technical affinity with building automation, strong understanding of the Polish market and regulations, self-starter mindset, fluent Polish and good English, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Experience: 4+ years in business development, sales, or related field, preferably in building automation or technology sectors.
Languages: Fluent Polish and good command of English; Lithuanian and Czech are a plus.
Additional Notes: This is a full-time role, with the option of contractor arrangements. Please submit your application in English.
