Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing content (graphics and video) and managing our social media presence. You must understand the aesthetics industry and be able to translate our brand voice into engaging posts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Design high-quality graphics using Canva and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Content Calendar: Develop and submit a comprehensive content calendar by the 28th of every month for the upcoming month. Community Management: Respond to DMs, comments, and engage with followers to build community loyalty. Trend Watching: Stay updated on social media trends (audio, challenges) and implement them creatively. Analytics: Track growth and engagement metrics, providing monthly reports to management.
Required Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Canva and video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, or VN). Excellent copywriting skills (captions must be engaging and error-free). Basic photography skills are a plus. Portfolio: Must have a portfolio or samples of previous work.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any field (Marketing/Mass Comm is a plus).
Experience:
1–3 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand (not just personal accounts).
Additional Notes:
Must reside in Lagos (proximity to Lekki is an advantage). Competitive salary of ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 (based on experience and skill level). Hybrid work model.
