Job Description
Job Overview:
The Managing Director will develop and execute a multi-year strategy aligned with core impact areas including education, healthcare, and social services, while leading the design and delivery of impact-driven programs across Nigeria and Ghana.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include overseeing the development of infrastructure and community-based interventions, establishing governance and compliance frameworks, implementing Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning systems, driving fundraising and donor engagement, building strategic relationships, ensuring financial stewardship, and leading a high-performing team.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree (MBA, MPA, or equivalent) preferred. Minimum of 15 years’ experience, including 7–10 years in senior leadership roles within nonprofit or development organizations.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree (MBA, MPA, or equivalent) preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years’ experience, including 7–10 years in senior leadership roles within nonprofit or development organizations.
Languages:
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
