Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing IT Team. This is a hands-on leadership role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend systems across the company platforms. Actively contribute to managing the existing platforms across the business. Support the development of mobile apps for the business. Build and maintain APIs and integration layers. Write clean, secure, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and system-related issues. Lead technical delivery across projects and change requests. Coordinate development tasks and priorities across the team. Ensure timely execution and follow-through on technical initiatives. Guide development standards, architecture, and best practices. Review code quality and provide technical direction. Serve as the primary technical interface for internal stakeholders, the Commercial team, external partners, and vendors. Translate business requirements into technical execution plans. Provide clear communication on technical progress, issues, and solutions. Own incident escalation and response across systems and platforms. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and drive resolution. Implement preventive actions to reduce recurrence. Coordinate adherence to system security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security and data protection practices. Identify and escalate technical risks. Support the implementation of security controls and best practices. Ensure proper documentation of systems, processes and integrations. Reduce dependency on individual knowledge. Improve workflows and technical processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 9 years of hands-on full-stack development experience. Strong hands-on experience with PHP and modern PHP frameworks. Strong knowledge of frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks/libraries. Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and third-party integrations. Strong experience with MySQL, MariaDB, or other relational databases. Experience with Git and version control workflows. Experience with deployment, server management, and cloud-based environments is an added advantage. Good understanding of software architecture, scalability, and security best practices. Experience supporting production systems and troubleshooting live environments. Experience working in lean, fast-paced environments is highly desirable.
