Job Description
Job Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development and IT consulting projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with client and business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria. Lead the execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. Build and manage cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members. Identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining transparency through regular progress reports and updates. Establish and oversee quality assurance processes, including testing and validation of deliverables. Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are effectively utilized. Drive continuous improvement in project management practices within the organization.

Required Qualifications:
Recognized training and certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum). Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a Project Manager, including at least 4 years in the technology sector. Demonstrated success in managing complex software development or IT projects. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to perform under pressure and manage challenging situations. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and externally. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; proactive and detail-oriented. Ability to motivate teams and drive results in line with strategic objectives. Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to knowledge sharing and best practices.

Experience:
Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a Project Manager, including at least 4 years in the technology sector.

Additional Notes:
Salary: NGN600,000. Job Type: Hybrid (Mon-Thurs: Onsite, Fridays: Remote).
