Job Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development and IT consulting projects. Required Qualifications: Recognized training and certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum). Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a Project Manager, including at least 4 years in the technology sector. Demonstrated success in managing complex software development or IT projects. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to perform under pressure and manage challenging situations. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and externally. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; proactive and detail-oriented. Ability to motivate teams and drive results in line with strategic objectives. Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to knowledge sharing and best practices.
