Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The AI & Prompt Engineer will be responsible for designing, training, fine-tuning, and deploying AI/ML models, particularly in the area of natural language processing. Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing prompts for AI systems, conducting research to understand system performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the efficiency and efficacy of the AI-driven systems deployed.
Required Qualifications:
Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP). Experience with AI model development, fine-tuning, and deployment using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar technologies. Expertise in Prompt Engineering, including designing and optimizing prompts for large language models. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or related tools. Research and analytical skills to evaluate AI/ML systems and propose system enhancements. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking abilities.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
Experience:
Experience in workflow automation or intelligent business systems is a plus.
Languages:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or related tools.
Additional Notes:
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and communicate complex ideas clearly.
