Job Overview:
NCDF Group is recruiting ambitious and commercially driven Sales & Marketing Officers to support business development across its operating companies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Driving sales and marketing activities for assigned operating companies or business lines, identifying prospects, building pipelines, supporting client conversion, promoting products, services, and business opportunities through strategic outreach, supporting brand visibility, campaign execution, and market engagement initiatives, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, contributing to business growth through disciplined execution, reporting, and follow-through, supporting market intelligence, opportunity tracking, and feedback from the field.
Required Qualifications:
Strong communication, marketing, and relationship-building skills, commercial awareness and confidence in engaging clients and prospects, energy, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset, the ability to work across multiple markets, products, or service lines, discipline in execution, follow-up, and opportunity management, a desire to grow within a structured and ambitious organisation.
