Duties and Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing expense reports, assisting with executive needs, coordinating schedules, and handling communication tasks. The role requires active collaboration with various teams while maintaining top-notch organizational and multitasking capabilities to support company objectives effectively.

Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support, Capcut, basic video editing skills, Social Media Management Skills, marketing" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Digital Marketing and Customer Support Skills, Business Development Skills, Strong skills in processing and managing Expense Reports, Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, Capability in Administrative Assistance and office management, Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage.

Experience:
Relevant prior work experience in an executive support role is preferred.

Languages:
English proficiency is implied.

Additional Notes:
Familiarity with technology and its application in administrative processes is a plus.
