Duties and Responsibilities: Lead HR, Administration, Logistics, and Legal functions within a fast-paced ICT organization. Drive operational excellence, strengthen governance, and ensure compliance while building high-performing teams that support sustainable business growth.
Required Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, Communications or a related field. Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or relevant field is an added advantage. Professional Certifications (Preferred but not Mandatory) Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) – Nigeria OR Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) – International.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, Communications or a related field. Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 10–12 years of experience in corporate services, HR, administration, or related fields. At least 5 years in a senior leadership role, overseeing multiple functions. Proven experience in organizational change management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Strong track record in policy development, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
