Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering tailored technical solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads through outreach, networking, and market research, build and maintain strong client relationships, present technical solutions and proposals to clients, manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, collaborate with technical teams to deliver client-focused solutions, negotiate contracts and close profitable deals, provide post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction, increased market penetration and client base, achievement of revenue targets, achieve strong client satisfaction and repeat business, effective pipeline management and reporting.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business-related field, minimum of 4 years sales experience (2+ years in engineering/technical sales), strong communication and relationship management skills, ability to simplify technical concepts for clients, solid problem-solving and negotiation skills, team player with a results-driven mindset.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years sales experience (2+ years in engineering/technical sales)
Languages: Strong communication skills
