Study Affairs, based in Lagos, Nigeria, is a premier overseas education consultancy dedicated to empowering students to achieve their academic goals through international education. Specializing in personalized guidance, we connect students with high-ranked universities in the UK, New Zealand, Canada and Europe.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include providing guidance to students on studying abroad, conducting career and academic counseling sessions, assisting with university applications, and guiding students through the visa application process. The counselor will offer ongoing support to students for pre-departure and post-arrival needs, including accommodation arrangements and general transition assistance.
Required Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities, Solid understanding of the Education sector, particularly international education requirements, Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills, Empathetic approach to understanding student needs and goals.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
Experience:
Experience in overseas education counseling is an advantage
Languages:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools
