Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Enterprise Architecture Transformation for a 1-Year Contract assignment to lead and coordinate multiple project managers and scrum masters across several squads.
Duties and Responsibilities: Lead multi-squad delivery in alignment with the Enterprise Architecture roadmap and transformation priorities. Coordinate and guide Project Managers and Scrum Masters to ensure consistent and effective program execution. Manage program dependencies, risks, timelines, and resource allocation. Establish delivery governance, performance dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting. Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, solution teams, and Product Owners. Coach and mentor Project Managers and Scrum Masters on delivery discipline and agile best practices. Identify, escalate, and remove delivery impediments to maintain a continuous flow of value. Coordinate change management and organizational readiness activities with key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in program or project delivery, preferably within Technology or Oil & Gas environments. Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-squad agile or hybrid programs. Professional certifications are highly desirable: PMP, PgMP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, MSP.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in program or project delivery, preferably within Technology or Oil & Gas environments.
