Job Overview: The Internal Account Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality operational and partner support within the cybersecurity distribution business. This role serves as a key liaison between channel partners and internal teams, ensuring the efficient management of partner inquiries, quotations, order processing, and post-order support.
Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned channel partners, ensuring professional, timely, and consistent communication. Respond to partner inquiries in accordance with the established two-hour SLA, maintaining service excellence standards. Prepare, validate, and issue accurate pricing quotations in alignment with approved commercial frameworks and internal processes. Manage order placement activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies. Provide proactive and timely updates to partners regarding order status, stock availability, and estimated delivery timelines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system, including partner opportunities, activities, and pipeline status.
Required Qualifications: Matric, 2+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or a similar role. Experience in IT distribution, channel sales, or vendor management is advantageous. Familiarity with Cyber security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Security Vendor products and processes. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment. High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across quotations, orders, and system records.
