Job Overview: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving sales to achieve organizational targets. Duties and Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Promote and sell the company’s financial and securities products to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities. Develop and implement strategic business development plans. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 3–4 years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing—preferably within the financial services or securities industry. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Professional certifications in finance or investment will be an added advantage.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3–4 years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing—preferably within the financial services or securities industry.
Additional Notes: Must reside on the Lagos Mainland.
