Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Overseeing marketing campaigns, developing and implementing brand strategies, analyzing market trends, managing promotional activities, and enhancing brand visibility. Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and drive customer engagement while identifying growth opportunities. Budget management and liaising with external agencies to execute campaigns effectively.

Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying consumer insights. Strong skills in campaign management, promotional activities, and brand positioning strategies. Excellent leadership and team management abilities to work collaboratively across departments and with external agencies. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, along with attention to detail and project management expertise.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience:
Proven experience in a marketing or brand management role, preferably in retail, food services, or consumer goods industries.
