Job Description
Job Overview:
Tracit is an end-to-end delivery management platform built for courier and logistics companies, aiming to streamline dispatch operations and improve customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Prospect and engage courier and logistics companies, conduct product demos, convert leads into paying customers, onboard and support new clients, maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities, build referral relationships, gather market feedback, and track activities using CRM tools.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or similar role; strong understanding of the Nigerian logistics/courier market; excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to work independently and meet targets; comfortable using digital tools.

Educational Background:
HND / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience:
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently; experience in logistics, courier operations, or SaaS sales is a plus.

Languages:
English

Additional Notes:
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision; highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
