Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Key Account Manager with a strong background in marketing or advertising to manage and grow strategic client relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, understand clients’ business objectives and translate them into marketing strategies and campaign briefs, collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy) to deliver high-quality campaigns, monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to clients, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services, prepare and present reports, proposals, and performance reviews, ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, 3–6 years of experience in account management within a marketing or advertising agency, strong understanding of marketing channels (digital, social media, media buying, content, etc.), proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, commercially driven with a strong focus on revenue growth and client retention, ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
Experience: 3–6 years of experience in account management within a marketing or advertising agency
Additional Notes: Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment, familiarity with campaign analytics tools and reporting platforms, strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
