Job Overview: You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive client acquisition, product promotion, and conversion of prospects into active investment clients.
Duties and Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and onboard new clients for brokerage and investment services. Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, networking, and digital channels. Convert prospects into funded and active trading accounts. Product Promotion & Advisory: Promote investment portfolios, equities trading accounts, and other financial products. Educate prospective clients on market opportunities and account opening procedures. Provide basic guidance on suitable investment options aligned with client needs. Sales Performance & Target Delivery: Meet assigned sales targets and defined performance KPIs. Drive fund mobilization and increase retail account penetration. Maintain high conversion ratios from prospect to active client. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all onboarding documentation complies with KYC and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions. Adhere strictly to internal policies and capital market regulations. Relationship Management & Market Intelligence: Build and sustain long-term client relationships to encourage retention and referrals. Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activities. Support management with insights to improve sales strategies.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline. Prior sales or marketing experience (experience in financial services is an advantage). Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products. Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
Educational Background: Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline.
Experience: Prior sales or marketing experience (experience in financial services is an advantage).
Languages: Proficiency in English is implied.
