Job Overview:
Aierth Tech Academy is growing, and we’re looking for a creative and consistent Content Creator / Social Media Growth Lead to help us build strong online visibility and attract new students.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create daily short-form content (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn), film real classroom sessions, student activities, and events, edit and publish engaging videos consistently, manage social media pages and respond to engagement, turn academy activities into storytelling content, work closely with admissions to improve conversions from content.
Required Qualifications:
Strong understanding of social media trends, ability to shoot and edit videos (mobile editing is fine), creativity and storytelling ability, consistency and speed in content production, basic marketing understanding (how content drives sales), ability to work on-site and capture real-time moments.
Additional Notes:
Bonus if you have handled a brand page before, understand TikTok/Instagram growth strategies, can create content without needing constant supervision.
