Job Overview: The Quality Control Associate plays a critical role within the Production team, serving as the final checkpoint in the production process. The role ensures that all garments meet the company’s quality standards before reaching customers or stockists.
Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct thorough quality checks on garments at various stages of production, assess stitching, finishing, color accuracy, sizing, and overall construction, identify and flag defects such as uneven dye patterns, fabric damage, incorrect trims, poor workmanship, or missing labels, monitor dyed fabrics to ensure alignment with approved color and pattern standards, maintain accurate quality control records, provide timely and constructive feedback to tailors, perform final inspections to ensure garments are properly pressed, labeled, and packaged, identify opportunities to reduce recurring defects and improve production efficiency.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ work experience, at least 3 years of experience in a production environment within a fashion or manufacturing company
Languages: Not specified
