Job Overview: We are seeking a qualified Occupational HealthNurse to provide medical care, emergency response, and health surveillance services within our factory environment, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide first aid and emergency medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses, conduct health screenings and periodic medical examinations, maintain accurate medical records and incident reports, monitor employee health in high-risk areas and manage occupational health risks, promote employee wellness through health education and campaigns, ensure compliance with ISO 45001, Nigerian health regulations, and safety standards.
Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse/Midwife (RN/RM) with valid NMCN licence, 3 years’ experience, preferably in an industrial/occupational health setting, Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (advantage), Valid Basic Life Support (BLS)/First Aid certification, Experience handling workplace or chemical-related health issues is an added advantage.
