Duties and Responsibilities: Leading and managing a team of advisors to achieve business goals, developing and implementing financial plans, and providing expert advice on financial services, investments, and retirement planning to clients. Ensuring consistent client engagement, monitoring market trends, and delivering tailored financial solutions to meet clients’ needs.
Required Qualifications: Proficiency in Financial Planning, Financial Advisory, and Finance with a strong understanding of budget management and fiscal responsibility. Strong skills in Investments and Retirement Planning, with the ability to provide strategic advice based on clients’ long-term financial goals. Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, including mentoring and guiding a team to achieve set targets. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to effectively listen to and collaborate with clients and team members. Proven ability to analyze financial markets and trends to inform decision-making and strategies. Relevant professional certifications or qualifications in finance, financial advising, or related fields are an advantage.
