Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">digital marketing strategies. Drive digital account acquisition and online customer onboarding campaigns. Manage social media platforms and digital campaigns. Create and manage digital content and online communication. Monitor digital analytics including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Optimise digital campaigns to improve conversion and customer acquisition. Manage online customer engagement and reputation. Work with IT to support digital platforms and online onboarding. Support digital product campaigns and online loan campaigns.
Required Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services. Experience with digital marketing tools (SEO, social media ads, analytics). Experience in online campaigns and customer acquisition funnels.
