Job Overview: The National Communications Officer, Social Media will be responsible for managing IOM Nigeria's social media assets, implementing campaigns, monitoring reputational risks, and engaging with audiences online.
Duties and Responsibilities: Support daily management of social media platforms, assist in publishing content, maintain a posting calendar, monitor social media for mentions, assist in thematic campaigns, and prepare performance reports.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum of three years of professional experience in social media management, preferably within Nigeria.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Nigerian languages is a strong asset.
Additional Notes: IOM has a zero-tolerance policy on conduct incompatible with its aims and objectives, including discrimination and harassment.
