Job Overview:
Sagad Farms is a 1000-acre rice farm offering a fresh perspective on Nigerian agriculture, focusing on innovative farming methods and significant economic impacts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day HR tasks including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, addressing employee concerns, maintaining records, and supporting HR management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field; Minimum 5 years’ HR experience; Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices; Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ HR experience (preferably in agribusiness, FMCG, or manufacturing).
Languages:
English

Strategic thinker with the ability to balance people needs with organizational goals.
