Job Overview: Rondwell.com is a next-generation AI-powered event management and ticketing platform designed to help individuals, businesses, and organizations create, manage, and scale events effortlessly. Our mission is to build Africa’s most powerful event infrastructure platform, empowering event organizers with the technology they need to run successful events.
Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and onboard event organizers, event planners, and event agencies onto Rondwell. Build strong relationships with conference organizers, concert promoters, wedding planners, and corporate event teams. Develop and execute creative growth strategies to acquire users. Build partnerships with event venues, event planners, entertainment companies, universities and student communities, and corporate event organizers. Lead outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone, and in-person networking. Help refine Rondwell’s market positioning and pricing strategy. Build relationships within the events ecosystem and represent Rondwell at industry meetups, conferences, and networking events.
Required Qualifications: Extremely hungry, ambitious, and entrepreneurial. Comfortable working in early-stage startup environments. Able to sell ideas, not just products. Highly skilled in relationship building and networking. Strong in communication and persuasion.
Educational Background: Experience in Business Development, Sales, Startup Growth, Event Management Industry, Partnerships and Ecosystem Building, Community Building, SaaS sales.
Experience: Experience working with event organizers, entertainment brands, or conferences is a big advantage.
Languages: English
