Job Overview:
Vistara Solution is a leading study abroad consultancy dedicated to helping students achieve their dreams of international education. We provide end-to-end guidance from university selection and application assistance to visa processing and pre-departure support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Vistara's growth targets and brand. Plan and execute content across social media platforms. Oversee the production of marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, email newsletters, and blog posts. Manage posting calendar and ensure brand consistency. Plan and run marketing campaigns, monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve ROI continuously. Track key digital metrics including reach, engagement rate, website traffic, cost per lead, and conversion rates. Generate leads online and activations, lead capture forms, and funnels that convert social media traffic into consultations. Optimize the company website for SEO and user experience to increase organic traffic and inquiries. Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads) using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field. Experience in a marketing role (experience in the education or service industry is a plus). Experience running and managing paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads. Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools. A genuine interest in education and helping students is a bonus!
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
Experience:
Experience in a marketing role (experience in the education or service industry is a plus). Experience running and managing paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads.
Languages:
Proficiency in English is assumed based on the job description.
