Job Overview: Our client in the real estate and property services industry is looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing team.
Duties and Responsibilities: Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities across all company service lines. Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective corporate, institutional, and high-net-worth clients. Leverage your existing network to generate leads and deals — particularly in real estate, construction, and related sectors. Develop proposals, pitch decks, and business cases for new opportunities. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify gaps and new revenue streams. Report weekly on pipeline progress and new business activity.
Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of business development or commercial experience in a revenue-generating role. Strong existing network in Lagos business circles — you know people and people know you. Self-starter — commercially sharp, resilient, and driven purely by results.
Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Added advantage, MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
Experience: Demonstrable track record of originating and closing new business — not just managing existing accounts. Experience in real estate, construction, facility management, banking, FMCG, telecoms, or professional services.
Additional Notes: Salary: ₦400,000 net per month + Commission
