Job Description
Job Overview:
The Engineering Sales and Estimation role focused on identifying and developing marketing opportunities, executing sales plans, and achieving targets. Responsible for implementing advertising, merchandising, and promotional strategies, while developing sales action plans in collaboration with senior management to drive service growth and revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Creating ongoing activities that promote the company and its products/services. Managing sales and marketing by developing sales strategies and supporting marketing activities to increase productivity. Developing marketing and sales strategies, sales plans, and profit targets for the organization. Managing all service-related marketing and sales activities with an oversight role on activities, tasks, and reports. Using social media platforms and online marketing, marketing communication, brand communication, and public relations. Developing and maintaining the image with existing and potential partners and other stakeholders. Planning and organizing influencer events; participating if required in trade shows, congresses, and supporting PR activities. Monitoring the performance of the sales objective by following a system of reports and communications involving sales. Maintaining sales volume, establishing and adjusting the selling price by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. Managing and overseeing the sales targets and meeting specified targets within a given time frame. Developing yearly sales and marketing budget with inputs from the team with all allied departments. Exploring and identifying new sales avenues/opportunities for products. Planning and executing new initiatives and strategies for expanding the product market and growth. Strategizing and continuously working towards the SCSP brand building. Managing, strengthening, and leveraging customer relationships across all main customer groups (private and public sector, tender business). Implementation and maintenance of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies with a specific focus on growth, cost reduction, and process improvements. Managing difficult circumstances in sales, marketing, administration, etc. Prospecting for and securing new business deals for SCSP and meeting sales targets. Fully understanding products’ functionality and benefits. Developing and deploying competitive market plans and strategies to promote SCSP’s products and services. Professionally managing all prospective and actual customers of the company. Representing SCSP in exhibitions, trade shows, and others. Maintaining complete and accurate records and reports on clients, sales transactions, business development, and activities. Developing relationships with architects, consultants, specifiers, and key influencers. Analyzing, developing, implementing, and following up on business development approach for end user groups. Presenting, discussing, adjusting, and following up on technical and commercial solutions with end-users, consultants, influencers, and construction companies. Actively getting involved in project specifications, tender documents, and budgetary quotes. Active use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc). MBA is an added advantage. Successful track record in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. Keen awareness of clients' preferences, ability to adapt quickly to new market trends, and a strong drive for results. Strong, decisive, results-oriented leader who can develop and manage relationships across the company. Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and teach others. Must be staying around Lekki and Ajah axis.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc). MBA is an added advantage.

Experience:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience with a wide network of contacts throughout the West African region.
