Job Overview: We’re looking for a proactive Operations Support Executive (Fintech) to manage daily fintech operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support smooth delivery of digital financial services.
Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day fintech operations, including transaction processing, settlements, and reconciliations. Ensure smooth functioning of digital platforms and back-office systems. Develop and implement operational policies tailored to fintech workflows. Ensure adherence to financial regulations, data privacy laws, and industry standards. Collaborate with compliance teams to monitor AML/KYC processes. Identify and mitigate operational risks. Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Support automation initiatives and integration of new fintech tools. Drive continuous improvement in customer onboarding and transaction processes. Prepare operational reports and dashboards for senior management. Track KPIs such as transaction success rates, customer onboarding times, and compliance metrics. Provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Liaise with product, technology, compliance, and customer support teams. Manage vendor relationships with payment processors, banks, and technology providers. Support leadership in scaling operations as the company grows.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services. Strong understanding of digital payments, financial products, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with fintech platforms or ERP systems.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
