Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end development and launch of the business in partnership with an international manufacturing partner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the end‑to‑end launch of the cosmetics and skincare business within approved timelines and budget. Coordinate with international manufacturing partners on product development and production. Manage regulatory approvals, including NAFDAC registration and licensing requirements. Develop and oversee supply chain and logistics-operations" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">logistics operations from production to distribution. Build and manage the operational team, including sales, marketing, and distribution personnel. Develop distribution channels and market entry strategies. Establish pricing strategies and commercial frameworks. Monitor project expenses and ensure financial discipline within the project budget. Coordinate cross‑functional activities across operations, marketing, and logistics. Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project progress. Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations management. Experience launching products within FMCG, cosmetics, or consumer goods industries is desirable. Proven experience managing large-scale projects or business units.
