Job Overview: We’re looking for a results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive (Northern Region) to join our growing team. You will be a key member of our Sales Team, responsible for driving business development initiatives across the Kano & Northern region.
Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential Microfinance Bank (MFB) partners across Kano and other Northern states. Drive end-to-end onboarding of partners, from initial contact to activation. Support integration and ensure smooth adoption of our products. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Monitor partner performance and drive continuous usage and growth. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding or operational bottlenecks. Provide market insights and feedback to improve product positioning and strategy.
Required Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management (preferably in fintech or financial services). Strong understanding of the Northern Nigeria market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Self-starter with a strong execution mindset and ability to work independently. Ability to travel across assigned territories.
