Job Description
Job Overview:
Join our Account Services team as a Technical Customer Success Manager, where you will manage and oversee seamless service delivery processes, ensuring customers realize maximum value from their investments in Dell solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor, lead regular business and technical reviews, advocate for customers, and collaborate closely with Dell’s teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required Qualifications:
Strong technical background in enterprise infrastructure, exceptional problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with enterprise infrastructure products, and an analytical mindset.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.

Experience:
8 to 12 years of relevant experience delivering successful complex IT services across a range of sectors.

Languages:
English
