Job Description
Job Overview:
The Regional Coordinator will oversee the operations and performance of multiple store locations within a designated region, developing regional sales plans and supporting shop managers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with the company's business objectives. Analyze regional market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Provide day-to-day support to shop managers to ensure smooth store operations. Ensure all branches represent the Hans & René brand consistently and uphold company standards. Evaluate store and individual performances, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary. Monitor sales results and report on regional performance to senior management. Maintain proper documentation of stock and sales transactions. Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures to ensure profitability.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial role within the retail or food and beverage industry. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial role within the retail or food and beverage industry.
