Duties and Responsibilities: The Internal Control Officer will be responsible for conducting regular audits, implementing and monitoring internal controls, and evaluating the effectiveness of financial operations. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, identifying risks, and providing internal reports. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to enhance internal processes and communication.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must not exceed 35 years of age at the time of application. Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory frameworks. Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an added advantage. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professional ethics.
Educational Background: B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Banking & Finance.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in internal control, audit, or compliance.
