Job Overview: As the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy for our outsourcing/manpower business. You will lead a high-performing team, drive client acquisition, and unlock new revenue streams across key sectors.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for outsourcing services; Identify and secure new business opportunities across target industries; Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders; Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals; Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets; Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction; Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy; Lead, mentor, and scale the business development team.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage); 10–12+ years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on outsourcing/manpower services; Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets; Strong network within corporate and enterprise sectors; Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen; Experience leading and managing high-performing teams.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
Experience: 10–12+ years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on outsourcing/manpower services
