Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate scheduling and maintain executive's calendar to optimize hours of day, manage executive's e-mail inbox, organize documents, handle travel and expense accounts, coordinate presentations, and develop relationships with other assistants.
Required Qualifications: A Legal, Business Administration degree or any relevant field is preferred or equivalent experience, minimum 5 plus years proven administrative experience supporting at the executive level, strong interpersonal skills, MS Office proficiency, high level of confidentiality, strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail.
Educational Background: A Legal, Business Administration degree or any relevant field is preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum 5 plus years proven administrative experience supporting at the executive level.
