The role also involves overseeing employee relations, performance management, training and development programs, and payroll and benefits administration.
Required Qualifications: Proficiency in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition processes; Strong skills in Policy Development, Organizational Development, and Strategic HR Planning; Knowledge of Employment Law, Compliance, and Employee Relations; Experience in Training, Development, and Performance Management; Skills in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Payroll Administration; Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is a plus.
Experience: Experience working in a corporate environment; previous HR experience in a consulting firm is an advantage.
