Duties and Responsibilities: Manage client inquiries and leads from first contact through successful closure. Engage prospects across calls, WhatsApp, email, and social channels with strong response speed and professionalism. Convert travel inquiries into paid bookings, consultations. Build trust with prospects by clearly communicating travel offerings, packages, timelines, and service value. Support the sales pipeline by nurturing warm leads until deal closure. Develop compelling marketing communication content for campaigns, offers, destination promotions, and customer engagement. Draft persuasive client-facing messages, proposals, follow-up sequences, and promotional communication. Collaborate with the travel operations or sales team to align communication with active packages and seasonal campaigns. Track lead stages, follow-up timelines, objections, and conversion opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM or lead records and ensure no qualified lead drops off. Improve customer response quality and brand perception across all communication touchpoints.
Required Qualifications: Proven experience in client engagement, lead nurturing, and deal closure. Demonstrable ability to convert leads into paid clients. Strong experience managing the full lead lifecycle from inquiry to closure. Prior work experience in a travel agency, travel and tour company, or travel-related business. Strong marketing communication. Excellent verbal communication, follow-up discipline. Commercial mindset with clear focus on revenue generation and conversion KPIs. Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously without losing follow-up quality.
