Job Overview:
The Senior Finance Analyst (Stockbroking) will be responsible for managing financial planning, conducting complex financial analyses, and preparing financial reports and statements. The role requires supporting strategic decision-making processes through data-driven insights and assisting in compliance with financial regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage financial planning, conduct complex financial analyses, prepare financial reports and statements, support strategic decision-making processes, and assist in compliance with financial regulations.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Financial Planning and Analytical Skills, experience processing payments and regulatory filings in a stockbroking firm, strong understanding of Financial Statements, experience in Financial Reporting, advanced problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong proficiency in relevant financial software and tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of the stockbroking industry in Nigeria is an advantage, excellent use of PowerBi.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA) are a plus.
Experience:
Experience processing payments and regulatory filings in a stockbroking firm, experience in Financial Reporting, including preparing and interpreting key financial documents.
